1.1 When the customer makes an order on the Raminkicks website, they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 Raminkicks reserves the right not to deliver in the event that the product was not in stock at the time of receiving the order.
1.3 Raminkicks reserves the right to adjust the price of products at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case of being unable to deliver the product, Raminkicks deserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be contacted, and the payment will be refunded within 7 days.

3 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
3.1 We will be using the services of PostNL/DHL/UPS for our shipments. Our shipping rates can be found on the Shipping page. After dispatching an order, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3.2 International customs duties and sales taxes on orders for shipments outside the European Union (EU) will not be refunded.
4 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
4.1 After receiving your products, customers have to the right to open the package and check the products. Products can be returned for an exchange or refund. The refund or exchange must be requested and returned within 14 days of delivery date. The products must not be used, and the box must not be damaged in order to be eligible for a refund. The products must be returned in all original packaging, including price labels, extra laces, hangtags, dust bags and other included accessories. Shoes that have marks of use, damaged or missing shoe boxes and missing shoe accessories, such as extra laces, price labels, hangtags and dust bags will not be accepted for a refund.
4.2 Customers can contact us within 14 days at email@example.com to request a refund or exchange and provide us with the tracking number of the shipment.
4.3 Until a product reaches us, the customer is responsible for it. Raminkicks is not responsible for return shipping costs or returns that are lost.
5.1 If the customer would like to make an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the requested product and size. If the exchange is not available, we will send you an email with other suggestions or to refund the full amount. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All items are eligible for a one-time exchange. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
