1.5 Order Limit: Only one order per customer is accepted for sneakers.

3.2 International Orders: Customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the European Union (EU) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise for certain products.
4. Return & Refund Policy
4.1 Return Eligibility: You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. This includes price labels, extra laces, hangtags, dust bags, and other accessories. Items with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories will not be eligible for a refund.
4.2 Return Process: Use our return portal or contact us at info@raminkicks.com within 14 days to request a refund or exchange.
5. Exchange
5.1 Exchange Requests: To exchange a product, contact us at info@raminkicks.com with your requested product and size. If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will offer alternative options or process a full refund. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
