All customers do not need to pay any additional customs taxes, as all customs duties are already covered when we ship the orders.

Return Instructions

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase for a refund? You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Please follow these steps to return your order:

2. Please indicate whether you want a refund or exchange and specify your desired size if you want to exchange.
3. Returning an item is simple and flexible. You can choose any shipping carrier that best suits your needs and send your return to our warehouse in the Netherlands. 

Return Conditions

• Returns must be placed in their original packaging
• The products must not have signs of wear

Once your return has been arrived at our location and has been approved, it can take up to 5 working days before receiving your refund in the same method as your payment.
