Returns and Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, return your purchase for a refund, or use your legal right of withdrawal?

You have up to 14 days after delivery to start either process. Choose below.

Exchange

Enter your order number and e-mail address, select the item you want to exchange and choose what you would like to receive instead. We will e-mail you the return instructions, and your replacement is sent to you free of charge as soon as your package reaches us. If you exchange for a more expensive item, you can pay the difference straight away.

Refund

Log in with the e-mail address you used for your order, select the items you want to send back and submit your request. We will e-mail you the return instructions. Once your return has arrived at our location and has been approved, it can take up to 5 working days to receive your refund via the same payment method.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with hangtags still attached, if the product has hangtags
  • Custom-printed items (custom back print, custom polaroid and custom monochrome designs) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Use the Refund option above, or contact us.

Size Guide

All our T-shirts have a slightly loose fit with drop shoulders. We advise White, Dark Cream, and Deep Black to order your regular size (true to size). The Faded Graphite T-shirt and Faded Graphite Longsleeve run slightly larger than the other colors, so we recommend ordering these one size smaller than usual. Please scroll down for measurements.

What is the difference between the Faded Graphite T-shirt and other colored T-shirts?

The Faded Graphite T-shirt has a faded effect because it has been washed, giving it a vintage look. It also has a slightly heavier weight compared to our other colors. All our other T-shirts are also made from 100% combed cotton, pre-shrunk, and of high-quality.

What printing method do you use for the designs?

We use a high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing method, applied in two layers to ensure the print is vibrant, colorful, and highly durable.

How is the sizing of the products?

All our T-shirts have a slight loose fit with drop shoulders, but they are not extremely oversized. We recommend choosing your regular T-shirt size. However, if you prefer a slimmer fit, you can size down.

For our long sleeves, we do recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide with fast shipping on all orders. Plus, there are no import duties or extra fees, so you can shop with confidence and enjoy a hassle-free delivery.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
